About This Gig


  • Admin should be able to insert & Delete Employee.

  • Admin assign job to employees

  • Can get the information (status report) of any employee job.

  • Can send lateness warnings to an employee who has exceeded the deadline date.

  • Employees can check in check out on jobs.

  • Employee’s time captured by his/her job

  • Employees used any equipment such as car/truck to do that job, need to capture

  • Equipment number, and how many Hours they used that equipment.

  • An employee can copy time sheet from last day

  • Depends on job employee work hour calculation.

Various interfaces for the product could be-


  • Login Page [admin & employee]

  • Employee Registration Form

  • There will be a screen displaying information about all job and employee data

  • Employee time sheet fills up the interface

  • The system makes the report a portable document file (.pdf) and admin can download it.
